This Refund, Cancellation, and Usage Policy governs access to and use of the QA FastTrack platform (“Service”) provided by Mindmate365 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
QA FastTrack subscriptions include a 30-day evaluation period beginning on the date of the initial subscription purchase.
- Customers may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
info@mindmate365.com - After the 30-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the first subscription payment and do not apply to:
- Renewal payments
- Usage-based charges
- Add-on services
- Professional services
- Custom development or consulting work
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellations submitted within the first 30 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations submitted after 30 days will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods.
Upon cancellation:
- Access to the Service will remain available until the end of the paid term.
- No further charges will be incurred unless the subscription is reactivated.
3. Acceptable Use & License Grant
QA FastTrack is licensed, not sold.
We grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for internal business purposes during the active subscription term.
Customers may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Service
- Provide access to unauthorized third parties
- Use the Service to build, offer, or support a competing product or service
4. Intellectual Property & Business Model Protection
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to:
- Software
- Executables
- Source code
- Platform architecture
- Workflows
- Automation logic
- User interface designs
- Test methodologies
- Business processes
- Product concepts
- Documentation
- Trade secrets
are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mindmate365.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
Customers may not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, replicate, or imitate the Service or its features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or analyze the software
- Attempt to derive source code, system design, or automation logic
- Use the Service to create or enhance a competing QA or automation platform
- Benchmark, evaluate, or analyze the Service for competitive development purposes
- Share internal documentation, workflows, or methodologies outside their organization
5. Data Usage & Confidentiality
Customers may use outputs generated by the Service (e.g., reports, logs) for their internal use only.
Customers may not:
- Publicly disclose platform internals
- Share proprietary workflows or system behavior
- Publish technical analysis of the platform without written consent
6. Enforcement & Remedies
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access immediately for policy violations
- Disable accounts without a refund if misuse is detected
- Pursue legal remedies for intellectual property infringement, misuse, or competitive abuse
Unauthorized use, copying, or competitive exploitation of the Service may result in immediate termination, loss of access, and legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or customer portal and will take effect upon publication.
